My name is Dene Josham, lead instructor at Streetwise Defence and co-creator of 7 Day Self Defence for Women.

With over 30 years in high-level security roles, I’ve had the honour of working in some of the world’s most challenging environments.

From my early days in the Marines, to working as an A-list bodyguard (Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie and Russell Crowe) and elite security consultant, I’ve spent my life mastering effective, no-nonsense techniques for real-world protection.
